DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM POLICY

Pricing is "as listed" at the time of purchase. No credits or adjustments will be issued after a program is purchased.

We cannot guarantee that any files downloaded from this website will be free of viruses, contamination or destructive features. Video messages and exercise descriptions are supplied by third party providers (You Tube Account), and at times may be out of our control. Video download speed may depend on your area connection speed.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Digital downloads and online training formatted programs are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please send an email describing how you used the program, what results you got, and all of the reasons why you feel the program did not satisfy your requirement. You must also explain what, if anything, could we do to prevent a future customer having the same issues. TAM will determine if a refund can be provided in good will, and TAM fully expects the customer to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming a refund. We reserve the right to forfeit the refund if we suspect any misuse of the program.
